Dylan Lambert-Gilliam is a junior at UCSB pursuing a major in Global Studies with an emphasis on Africa and a minor in Spatial Studies. His broader research interests include immigration, law, economics and environment in the Horn of Africa. In addition to editing the Global Societies Journal he also records the Global Societies Podcast. Currently he is working on research concerning economics in Somalia and the Somali diaspora. He has previously worked with the Neil Shubin evolutionary biology lab at the University of Chicago.
